Terms of service
Last updated: June 2026. These terms apply to manoversa.com, related marketing pages, and Minecraft hosting you order from ManoVersa.
Agreement
By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms, our billing & refunds policy, our acceptable use policy, and our privacy policy. Hosting is also governed by anything we confirm in writing for your order, including email or WhatsApp. If those messages conflict with this page on price, plan, or a one-off exception, the written confirmation for that order controls.
Use of the site
You agree not to misuse the site, scrape it in ways that degrade service for others, or attempt unauthorized access. You must give accurate name, email, and phone details at checkout. You are responsible for activity under those details.
Services
Plan limits, pricing, and support scope are those stated on the site at order time and confirmed in your checkout record. Included RAM, CPU, storage, and backups are the specs for the plan you selected. Worlds, mods, plugins, and player data are yours to manage. Backups we include are a convenience, not a guarantee that every world state can be restored.
We do not promise uninterrupted uptime. Maintenance, upstream network issues, abuse response, and non-payment can interrupt service. We will make a reasonable effort to tell you before a planned interruption.
Right to refuse service
We may refuse a new order, a renewal, a custom plan, or any other request, before or after you contact us. Reasons include capacity, incomplete or unmatched payment, risk of abuse, a prior dispute, or a blacklist entry. Refusal does not require us to explain the decision. If we refuse before service starts and we have already received your payment, we return the unused amount the same way we received it, unless the payment itself is fraudulent or cannot be traced.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end service for non-payment, abuse, fraud, or any violation of these terms or the acceptable use policy. For serious abuse we may act without advance notice. You may stop service by telling us on the same WhatsApp or email thread we use for your account. Fees already due stay due. See the billing policy for refunds.
Blacklisting
We may blacklist a person and associated accounts. That can include the name, email, phone number, payment references, and other services tied to the same customer. Grounds include abuse, fraud, chargebacks or payment disputes brought in bad faith, repeated non-payment, harassment of staff, or violations of these terms or the acceptable use policy.
A blacklisted person may be denied new orders, renewals, restores, and support. We keep blacklist records for as long as we need them to enforce that refusal. We do not publish the list.
Your content
You are responsible for what runs on your server and for your players' conduct where you control it. You must have the rights to any packs, plugins, or files you install. We may remove content or suspend the service to comply with law or a valid complaint.
Liability
Hosting is provided as offered on the site and in your order confirmation. To the extent the law allows, ManoVersa is not liable for lost worlds, lost player data, lost profits, or indirect damages, including when caused by mods, plugins, player actions, or a third-party network. If we are liable for a paid service, that liability is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the month the issue occurred.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this URL. Continued use after the update means you accept the new terms. An order already confirmed keeps the price and plan we agreed for that billing period.
