Billing, renewals & refunds

How you pay
We do not run card checkout that is reliable for customers in Pakistan. Orders and renewals are funded through JazzCash and RAAST, as described on that page. This marketing site never collects card data. Checkout records your plan and contact details. After you pay, send the reference and amount through the WhatsApp number on the payments page so we can match your transfer to your service.
A checkout submission is a request, not proof of payment. Service starts after we match the transfer. Unmatched or short payments do not start or extend service. We may refuse an order under the terms of service even after you have filled out checkout.
Renewals
Minecraft plans bill monthly unless otherwise agreed in writing. We confirm the exact PKR amount before you send funds. Pay before the period ends. Late payment may result in suspension after notice. Extended non-payment may end the service. We may delete data from a suspended service after a reasonable hold if you do not renew. Ask us before that hold ends if you need a copy.
Refunds
Refund windows and proration follow what we agree in writing for your order (invoice text, WhatsApp confirmation, or a separate agreement). If something is wrong on our side, contact us through the same channels and we will look into it.
We may refuse a refund when we have appropriately investigated the issue and found that the service was delivered as agreed, or that the problem was not on our side. That includes your mods, plugins, world setup, players, network on your end, or a payment we cannot match to you.
We may also refuse a refund, in full or in part, when:
- the billing period has already been used;
- a one-time setup or similar add-on has already been started or finished;
- the service was suspended or ended for abuse, fraud, or a breach of the terms or acceptable use policy;
- you or the account are blacklisted; or
- you dispute or reverse a payment without working with us on WhatsApp first.
Where we do refund, we return funds by the same method when we can. Promotional credit and unused time we did not agree to refund are not cash value.
Taxes & currency
Settlement is in Pakistani rupees unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes are included or noted before you pay. Promotional pricing may be time-limited as stated in the offer or your written quote.
